Hi there, I'm Bose

I am passionate about holistic goal setting and helping high achievers turn their dream life into their real life. I am a speaker, life coach & consultant who founded Goal and Grind where I partner with clients on their journey to dream limitlessly, increase confidence and gain clarity to step into their purpose. In addition to Goal and Grind, I’ve had experience at three Fortune 500 corporations.

Bose is the founder of Goal and Grind where she partners with high achievers to create impactful change in their life using her revolutionary Vision and Goals Method (™). Renowned for her dynamic corporate workshops where Bose empowers dreams, elevates teams and transforms organizations.
She is no stranger to making major pivots as she moved to Chicago (with no job or network) and created a distinguished career in Corporate Social Responsibility at Boeing, Salesforce, and JPMorgan Chase. Prior to working in Corporate Philanthropy, Bose excelled in nonprofit fundraising as well as in technology sales. The combination of tech sales, nonprofit development and corporate philanthropy affords Bose a unique perspective as a thought partner to her corporate consulting and individual coaching clients as they are looking to embark on strategic pivots.

Bose is a goal-oriented leader who believes in continuous growth for herself and others. She is an IMPACT Fellow with the Chicago Urban League, She Shines Honoree by Girls Inc. of Chicago, named a Black Woman Changemaker by Chicago Defender Magazine, 40 under 40 honoree by OKC Biz Magazine, Leadership Oklahoma City alumnae and was named by ionOklahoma Magazine as a 30/30 Next Generation of Leaders.
Bose is passionate about giving back to her community and currently sits on the board of Ladies of Virtue, a nonprofit dedicated to mentorship and leadership training for black girls ages 9-18 in the Chicagoland area.
Bose studied abroad twice in college and as a young professional she participated in a Rotary Professional Group Study Exchange spending a month in Italy meeting with local business leaders and dignitaries. As an avid runner, yogi, traveler and dog mom Bose believes in finding joy in both her professional and personal life.

As an inspirational speaker, I am an extension of my mother’s belief that you can do anything you put your mind to - it’s simply a matter of how you will get there!
